A Summer to Remember at Birmingham Business Park

There’s something different about summer at Birmingham Business Park. One day you could be watching samba dancers by the lake, the next learning about the bees on the Park or taking a break from your desk for some puppy cuddles.

This summer saw the launch of our first Summer Carnival, bringing a little bit of carnival spirit to the Main Lake in June. Despite the rain, the weather didn’t stop occupiers coming together for an afternoon of entertainment, food and fun. Take a look at the highlights from our Summer Carnival here.

The summer also offered plenty of reasons to spend time outdoors. Nurture Landscapes’ Hanging Basket Workshop gave occupiers the chance to get creative, while Meet the Bees provided a glimpse into life inside the hives beside the Main Lake.

For something a little less hands-on, Puppy Therapy gave occupiers the chance to step away from their desks and spend some time with the Cockapoo puppies. And when the sun came out, Smith’s fish and chips and ice cream by the lake made the most of lunchtime. Catch up on the highlights from the day here.

There was plenty happening indoors too. The Mamoxx Networking Breakfast brought businesses together over coffee and breakfast, giving occupiers a chance to meet and chat with people from other businesses.

These are the moments that make life at BBP different. With events, food, green space, wellbeing activities and a community of businesses around you, there’s more to the working day than what happens at your desk.

Thank You for a Great Summer

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us throughout the summer and helped make the Park such a lively place to be.
