We’re thrilled to launch the brand-new BBP Yoga Club, designed to help you take a well-earned movement break in the middle of your workday! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, these sessions are a great way to de-stress, stretch out, and recharge for the rest of your day.
Meet Your Instructor
The sessions are led by Emma Smith, an experienced yoga instructor with over five years of teaching under her belt. Her relaxed, fun, and inclusive approach ensures that everyone—regardless of shape, size, age, or ability—feels comfortable and supported.

⏰ 20-minute sessions available from 12:00 – 2:00 PM
